Who Needs a Living Revocable Trust?

The latest statistics show that only 10% of U.S. families have a Living Revocable Trust, but I believe that so many more would benefit from this amazingly powerful document!  Trusts are no longer just for the super wealthy!  They're a perfect solution to the needs of today's diverse and busy families.  Ohio residents should consider a Living Revocable Trust if you:

*  Have children from a prior marriage
*  Own real esate in more than one state
*  Have a net worth of over $400K
*  Own a business
*  Need continued access to assets during a disability
*  Desire flexibility in distributing assets

I offer a comprehensive Living Revocable Trust package for families that addresses these needs and is personally tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

You Can Now Name a
Representative for Burial Arrangements!

 Effective October, 2006, Ohio residents have a formal way to designate who will take care of their burial and other final arrangements.  This is particularly good news to clients who are unmarried.  By statute, this power is given automatically to the following individuals who qualify:  1) spouse, 2) children, 3) parents, 4) siblings, etc.  This has resulted in conflicts between long-time unmarried partners, dedicated friends, and family members who disagree. The new law makes it possible to pre-arrange who you want to make these decisions on your behalf.  I offer this form free-of-charge to all estate planning clients.  To learn more, refere to the relevant Ohio Statute posted on the Resources page of this web-site.
